Go to “My Account” then click on the “Learning Dashboard” tab.

You have 2 options.

The first option is from the Courses page directly you can click on the “Use Credit” button and follow the steps.

OR

If you are inside of the course you may click on add to cart and then during checkout with that item you can use your membership credits.

Yes!  You most definitely can pause your membership/subscription. 

Go to “My Account” then on the “My Account Details” tab click on “Subscriptions” then inside of your subscription click on the “Pause” button. 

Courses do not expire.

Go to “My Account” and then click on the “PD Tracker” tab.

There are 3 places you may find your certificates.

Your “Learning Dashboard”, your “PD Tracker”, and inside of the course itself that you had taken.

Sanner IT Training does provide Live in Person Trainings as well as Live Virtual Trainings.  To request one of these trainings fill out the form at the bottom of the Pricing page or the form on this page.

Go to our Workshops Page (you must be logged in to be able to sign up.)  Then click on the workshop you would like to attend and then click on the “Register for this Workshop” button.  You can then view the workshops you have registered for and attended in “My Account” underneath the “My Workshops” tab.  When the workshop is live there will be a button inside of the workshop to join the workshop.

The voice inside of the training videos is actually an AI voice.  (Pretty impressive right?)
